This application offers a comprehensive solution, enabling the downloading, extraction, and integration of content from .txt files from an FTP server into a database. The ultimate goal is to format and transform these files into XML format according to predefined management rules.

An intuitive user interface presented as a menu, providing easy navigation through the different modules of the application
An automatic download mechanism for files from the FTP server, supporting standard structured files in .txt format
Automated reading of file names and contents based on predefined management rules, including classification, extraction, and integration of data into the database
Implementation of user-friendly tools for XML formatting, offering great flexibility in data manipulation and presentation
An automatic export feature for formatted files, as well as the suggestion of new files to be formatted for a continuous and efficient workflow
An automated process for depositing files on an FTP server, ensuring data availability and security
Automatic backup of the database and files, guaranteeing the integrity and availability of data when needed

Thanks to our application, this time is significantly reduced to just 3 minutes per file, thus representing an efficient automation of the processing process.
